Antoinette Minetta passed away on Monday, April 29, 2024 at JFK Medical Center in Edison. She was 78 years old.

Born in Jersey City on July 27, 1945 to the late Theresa and Donato Creaturo, she has resided in the Avenel section of Woodbridge Township for 56 years.

Ann was the office manager of the Rouse Company at Woodbridge Center for 30 years prior to her retirement.

She was an active communicant of Saint Andrew Catholic Church in Avenel, where she taught CCD for 40 years, was a member of the Ladies Society and a Eucharistic Minister. The church was her second home where she could often be found helping out in the office, volunteering during bake sales and helping coordinate Thanksgiving meals for the neighborhood.

Ann enjoyed gardening, spending time outdoors, going for walks, and taking trips to Atlantic City. She was an avid adventurer, and loved traveling. She has been to Italy numerous times as well as Israel, Ireland, Germany, Egypt and was looking forward to visiting Africa.

The most important thing to Ann was her family. She met her husband Sal at a church dance in Jersey City when she was a freshman in high school. From that time they dated, married and enjoyed the blessings of parenthood and her most cherished role, grandparent. Ann loved cooking, baking, entertaining and spending time with her loved ones. She was fearless, she never let anything hold her back from what she wanted to pursue. During the challenges of life, she relied on her unwavering faith in God to guide her.

In addition to her parents, Ann was predeceased by her brother, Andrew Creaturo, in 2004.

Surviving are her beloved husband of 58 years, Salvatore Minetta; loving daughters, Lynnanne Sosidka of Brick and Michelle and Robert Hesse of Colonia; sister, Jenny Calcaterra, of Avenel; and cherished grandchildren, Joseph and Andrew Sosidka and Elena Hesse.

A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Andrew Catholic Church, North Madison Avenue, Avenel. Interment will follow in Saint Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Visitation for family and friends will be on Friday from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Saint Andrew Catholic Church.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to Saint Andrew Catholic Church, 244 Avenel Street Avenel, NJ 07001 in Antoinette's memory would be greatly appreciated by her family.
