Anthony Paluscio passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. He was 84 years old.
Born on January 10, 1938 in Jersey City to the late Adelina and Peter Paluscio, he has resided in Woodbridge since 1970.
He was a graduate of James J. Ferris High School in Jersey City where he was a member of the fencing team; and was a United States Army Veteran.
Anthony was employed as a Driver / Salesman with Pepsi Cola in Jersey City for 35 years retiring in 1995.
Mr. Paluscio was a communicant of Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Port Reading.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by a daughter, Kathryn Mary Paluscio, in July of 2021; sister, Tina Paluscio and brothers, Joseph, Fiore, Vincent, Gabriel, Salvatore and Gerardo Paluscio.
Surviving are his wife of 56 years, Kathleen Manett Paluscio; daughter, Annie Greener, of Sewaren; and grandchildren, Samantha, T.J. and Cole Greener.
The funeral will take place on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at 8:45 a.m. from Costello-Koyen Funeral Home (costello-koyen.com), 399 Avenel Street, Avenel. A Mass of Resurrection will follow at 9:30 a.m. at Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Port Reading. Entombment will be in Woodbridge Memorial Gardens. Visitation for family and friends will be on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers Contributions to Boys Town (boystown.org), P.O. Box 8000, Boys Town, NE 68010 in Mr. Paluscio's memory would be greatly appreciated by his family.
