Anthony Bruno passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at his home in Keyport. He was 59 years old.

Born in Newark, he has resided in Keyport for the past 10 years.

Mr. Bruno was employed by Speranza Brick Work in Whitehouse Station; and was a 22 year member of Laborers Union, Local 3, in Mountainside. He also belonged to Saint Joseph Council #3402, Knights of Columbus in Keyport and was Vice President of Castle of Dreams Animal Rescue in Keyport. Anthony enjoyed the company of his own dogs, Nero and Bear, as well.

Surviving are his wife of nine years, Judith Yockavitch Bruno; a sister, Patty Rocha and her husband, Leonel; a brother, Tommy Bruno and his wife, Diana; nieces, Tara and Susan; nephew, Peter; grandson, Patrick Adamczyk; great niece, Zooey; and stepson, Daniel Glovan.

Funeral services were private under the direction of the Costello-Greiner Funeral Home , Woodbridge.
