Anna Bryan
Anna Bryan, 90, passed away December 27 at home in Dunbarton, NH in love and peace, her family by her side while listening to her favorite Tony Bennett music. She was born April, 10, 1931 in Cranford, NJ to Vito and Frances (nee Costa) Francaviglia.
Anna grew up and attended school in Linden, NJ. She attended Wilfred Academy Of Hair And Beauty Culture, Newark, NJ earning her certificate in cosmetology about 1949. As a young adult she worked for many years at the Gordon's Gin Distillery in Linden. She later worked as a custodian at North Hunterdon Regional H.S., Annandale, NJ where she retired after 25 years.
Anna married Theodore E. (Ted) Bryan January 5, 1962 in Linden, NJ residing in Woodbridge, NJ before moving to Clinton Twp., NJ in 1972. After retirement Anna and Ted moved to, and dabbled, on their mini farm in Oxford, NJ where they enjoyed going to auctions and sharing time with parishioners at St. Peters Episcopal Church, Washington, NJ. They relocated to Goffstown, NH in 2014 to be closer to family. Since 2016 she has resided with her daughter and son-in-law, moving to Dunbarton in 2018.
Anna enjoyed reading recipe books; country music; and watching NASCAR, rooting for Dale "Little E" Earnhardt; and serving epic Italian meals for family.
Anna is survived by her daughter Vita (and Kevin) Wagner, Dunbarton NH; her son, Theodore V (and Donna) Bryan, Canon City, CO; her brother Joseph (and Mary) Francaviglia, Kingman, AZ; grandchildren Rena Hall, Theodore Bryan, Timothy Wagner, Abigail Rebman, Amanda Koschei, and Justin Bryan; and her 8 great grandchildren.
Anna was preceded in death by her parents Vito and Frances; her husband Ted; and sister Rosalie Renna.
Anna will be interned beside her husband of 52 years in Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, Woodbridge, NJ. Her family plans celebration life in her memory April, 2022 in NJ.
