Ann “Anna” E. Patrick passed away on Friday, August 7, 2026 at JFK Medical Center in Edison. She was 90 years old.

Born in Perth Amboy on July 25, 1936 to the late Veronica and Steven Reho, she has resided in the Avenel section of Woodbridge Township for 65 years.

Mrs. Patrick was a devout Roman Catholic and communicant of Saint Andrew Catholic Church in Avenel.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Albert C. Patrick, in 2023.

Surviving are her loving children, Teresa Daum of Hopelawn, Gail Costenbader of Edison and Albert S. Patrick and his wife, Jeanine, of Parlin; grandchildren, Alana, Albert, Billy and Brandan; and great grandchildren, Mason, Mariana and A.J.

Funeral services will take place on Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. from Costello-Koyen Funeral Home, 399 Avenel Street 44, Avenel, NJ 07001. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Andrew Catholic Church, Avenel. Interment will be in Saint Michael’s Cemetery in Fords. Visitation for family and friends will be on Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers contributions to Saint Andrew Catholic Church, 244 Avenel Street, Avenel, NJ 07001 in Mrs. Patrick’s memory would be greatly appreciated by her loved ones.
