Ann M. Panariello passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy Division. She was 80 years old.

Born in Piacenza, Italy, she resided in Jersey City before moving to the Sewaren section of Woodbridge Township in 1973.

She was a communicant of Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Port Reading.

Mrs. Panariello was predeceased by her son, Neil B. Panariello, Jr., in 2006; mother, Catherine Poggioli; and brother, Tommy Poggioli.

Surviving are her devoted husband of 57 years, Neil Panariello, Sr.; loving children, Lisa Simoes, of Woodbridge and Anthony J. Panariello of Avon by the Sea; sisters, Jean Pettersson of Monroe Township, Maria Libero of Florida and Diane Marrone of New York, NY; two grandchildren, Danielle and Nataile Panariello; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will take place on Saturday February 17, 2018 at 8:45 a.m. from Costello-Greiner Funeral Home (costello-greiner.com), 44 Green Street at Barron Avenue, Woodbridge. A Mass of Resurrection will follow at 9:30 a.m. at Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Port Reading. Interment will be in Forest Green Memorial Park, Morganville. Visitation will be on Friday from 2:00 until 4:00 and 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
