Ann Eak passed away on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at JFK Medical Center in Edison. She was 78 years old.

Born on November 19, 1939 to the late Joseph and Agnes Lombardi in Elizabeth, she resided in the Port Reading section of Woodbridge Township for most of her life.

Mrs. Eak was employed as a waitress with Marriott Restaurants for many years before retiring in 2000.

She was a communicant of Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Port Reading; and was a member of the Port Reading Senior Citizens Club. She enjoyed trips with the seniors and time spent with family on vacation.

In addition to her parents, Ann was predeceased by her husband, Donald Eak, Sr.; and sisters, Joan Louise Lombardi and Barbara Jean Ryan.

Surviving are her sons, Donald Eak, Jr. and his wife, Jacqueline, of Iselin and Joseph Eak and his wife, Patricia, of North Carolina; sisters, Kathryn Lombardi and Karen Galesky; grandchildren, Nicole Mason and her husband, Kenneth, Ashley Eak, Amanda Eak, Joseph Eak, Thomas Eak and Michael Eak; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will take place on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 8:45 a.m. from Costello-Greiner Funeral Home ( www.costello-greiner.com ), 44 Green Street at Barron Avenue, Woodbridge. A Funeral Liturgy will follow at 9:30 a.m. at Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 436 Port Reading Avenue, Port Reading. Interment will be in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Visitation for family and friends will be on Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
