Ann M. Ciarricco passed away at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Rahway on Monday, October 17, 2022.  She was 84 years old.

Born in Rahway on May 21, 1938 to the late Lucille and William Roszits, she resided in Port Reading before moving to the Avenel section of Woodbridge Township 58 years ago.

Mrs. Ciarricco was employed with Prudential Insurance Company in Newark and then as a market research associate with The Schlesinger Group in Edison, before retiring in 2001.

Mrs. Ciarricco enjoyed family vacations and was very generous to numerous non-profit organizations, especially Lakeview School in Edison where her daughter Joanne attended school and Spectrum for Living where Joanne is a resident.  Ann was a devout Roman Catholic and a communicant of Saint Andrew Catholic Church in Avenel; and a member of Golden Circle, Avenel Senior Citizens.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Ciarricco was predeceased by her brothers, William Roszits and Michael Roszits.

Surviving are her husband of 59 years, Vincent Ciarricco; daughters, Marianne Ciarricco-Cunningham and her husband, Joseph Cunningham, of Elizabeth, Theresa Nichols and her husband, John, of Aberdeen and Joanne Ciarricco of Edison; and grandchildren, Megan Cunningham and James Nichols.

Visiting hours will be on Friday, October 21, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Costello-Koyen Funeral Home (costello-koyen.com), 399 Avenel Street, Avenel.  A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 9:45 a.m. at Saint Andrew Catholic Church, North Madison Avenue, Avenel. Interment will follow in Saint Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
