Angela M. Gervasi passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2014 at JFK Medical Center, Edison. She was 73 years old. Born in Elizabeth, she has resided in Woodbridge for the past 30 years. Miss Gervasi was employed as a science teacher for 35 years at Edison High School before her retirement. She was a communicant of Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Elizabeth. Miss Gervasi was predceased by her parents, Joseph and Mary Bando Gervasi. Surviving are a two cousins, Janet Healy of Roselle Park and Joanne Megill of Clark. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Friday, June 13, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Elizabeth. Interment will follow in Clover Leaf Memorial Park, Woodbridge. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street at Barron Avenue in Woodbridge.
