Anastasia Hennessey

Anastasia Hennessey, of the Fords section of Woodbridge Township, passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy Division. She was 83 years old.

She was born in Boston, MA on August 29, 1942 to the late Ethel and Lawrence Doyle.

Mrs. Hennessey was employed as an office manager for many years prior to her retirement.

Her husband, Patrick Matthew Hennessey, passed away on February 10, 2026. She was also predeceased by three sons, George Hennessey, Patrick Hennessey, Jr. and Michael Hennessey.

Surviving are her grandchildren, Amanda (nee Hennessey) Blythe Amy Hennessey, Jennifer Hennessey and George Hennessey, Jr.

A funeral service will take place on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Gertrude Cemetery Mausoleum, Colonia.

Funeral Services are under the direction of Costello-Greiner Funeral Home in Woodbridge.
