Aloysius Leskowicz of the Avenel section of Woodbridge Township passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at JFK Medical Center in Edison.

Born in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania; He was longtime resident of Avenel.

Mr. Leskowicz graduated from Nanticoke High School and served in The United Sates Army from 1957 until 1962.

He was employed with General Motors in Linden for 30 years before retiring; and was an avid fisherman and loved to garden.

Mr. Leskowicz was a Communicant of St. Andrews R.C. Church in Avenel.

He was predeceased by his wife of 45 years Margaret Patackas Leskowicz who passed away in 2005; His parents Kazimir and Helen Leskowicz and seven sisters and brothers.

Surviving are his children , Laura Clifton and her husband David of Gloucester City, NJ, Mark Leskowicz and his wife Noreen of West Virginia, and  Janet Thompson and her husband Paul of Metuchen; three grandchildren Rachel, Kimberly, and Daniel.

A Funeral Liturgy took place at St. Andrew's R.C. Church, Avenel.  Interment was in St. Gertrudes Cemetery, Colonia.
