Allen J. Luettchau passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at Dubois Regional Medical Center in Dubois, PA. He was 67 years old.

Born in Newark, he lived in the Avenel section of Woodbridge Township for most of his life.

He has been employed as a research chemist with Church and Dwight Company in Princeton for the past 23 years.

Allen was an avid NY Giants Football fan, enjoyed cooking and Star Wars and was active in scouting in the Woodbridge Township area.

He was predeceased by his parents, Marie and Albert Luettchau; and a sister, Marie Fodor.

Surviving are a daughter, Jennifer Vajda, of Levittown, PA; a son, Steffan Luettchau, of Dubois, PA; a brother, Richard Luettchau, of Middlesex; and three grandchildren, Kelly, Harvey and Darwin.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 8, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home (costello-greiner.com), 44 Green Street (at Barron Avenue) Woodbridge. Interment will follow at Saint James Cemetery in Hopelawn. Visitation will be on Thursday from 2:00 until 4:00 and 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
