Alfred L. Leone Jr. passed away on Friday, April 8, 2022 at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. He was 55 years old.

Born in Perth Amboy, he was a lifelong resident of the Sewaren section of Woodbridge Township.

Mr. Leone was a 1985 graduate of Woodbridge High School and attended Perth Amboy Vocational-Technical School where he earned an electrical certificate.

He was employed as a Technical Coordinator with Miele Inc. in Princeton for the past 22 years; and was a communicant of Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Port Reading.

Surviving are his wife of 25 years, Sharon Czoch Leone; son, Dylan Leone, of Sewaren; daughter, Samamtha Leone, of Sewaren; parents, Alfred L. Leone Sr. and Rose Vieira Leone of Sewaren; and sister, Christine Leone, of Sewaren.

Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street, Woodbridge. a Funeral Liturgy will follow at Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 436 Port Reading Avenue, Port Reading. Interment will be at Saint Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Visitation for family and friends will be on Monday, April 11, 2022 from 3:00-7:00 PM.
