Adeline Muzycka passed away on Monday, September 14, 2026 at her home in the Sewaren section of Woodbridge Township. She was 100 years old.

Born in Port Reading on February 27, 1926 to the late Filomena (Racca) and Alfred Cavallaro, she resided in Linden and Roselle prior to moving to Sewaren in 1993.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her loving husband, Michael Muzycka, in 1998; and siblings, Florence Zega, Dorothy Mesar, Marion Zega, and James, Richard, Dominick, Robert, Armando and Alfred Cavallaro.

Surviving are her daughters, Brenda Muzycka of Sewaren and Debra A. Green of Iselin; sister, Jean Maskall, of Moriah, NY; grandsons, Richard Green III, Brian Daly and Sean Daly; great grandchildren, Jameson and Mackenzie; and nephew, Ronald Vasniles.

Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, September 22 at 10:30 a.m. from Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green Street, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Port Reading. Interment will be at Saint James, Woodbridge. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Tuesday beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers contributions to Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital (stjude.org) in Mrs. Muzycka’s memory would be greatly appreciated by her loved ones.
